"The Baby Shower"
This is the art project that I mentioned. With any luck, both of these will be in the Holiday Art Box Show this Saturday at the Maranda Pleasant Gallery. I say "any luck" because I'm not guaranteed a spot but when I dropped them off tonight the guy said it was "highly likely". OK - so what is this? A co-worker sent me the link for this annual art show and said that he was going to enter, and I should too. So, I did. With something that is completely different from what I do and is inspired by Courtney (and done with her permission).
Maybe we'll get a "white trash" following.
If you're in Austin on Sat and would like some snacks, wine and art viewing (and possibly see something of mine on a wall) head down to Maranda's gallery between 6 & 10pm.
